| Nanoplate 1000. This is a 1000-well, 75 X 25 mm nanoplate for clonal amplification of nucleic acids. The sample of DNA/cDNA along with oligonucleotide primers and PCR mastermix is loaded into the nanoplate for nucleic acids amplification and counting . The volume of each well in a nanoplate is 10 nanoliters. DigitalDrops Kit. This is a kit that disperses the PCR ready sample into thousands of droplets in a hydrophobic matrix. After nucleic acids amplification the sample is loaded into cassettes for nucleic acids counting utilizing florescence microscopy.
